[Haskell-cafe] apt-get install haskell-platform fails on ubuntu 14.04

I'm installing on a newly-built system. I looked at the haskell.org
download instructions, and I couldn't find anything that made sense.

apt-get install haskell-platform worked about a month ago.

Does anyone know what happened?
