That's actually a good question, and one I had some thought floating in
my head on, so I wrote a small column [1] to see how this could work (warning,
written in a "release euphoria" state).
Your proposed approach is very interesting and actually distributed
(mine is decentralised, but probably contains some shared ideas):
I would love to see it in action!
