[Haskell-cafe] ANNOUNCE: alarmclock-0.2.0.8: wake up at a certain time

Hi all,

A very belated announcement of a little library for efficiently waking up
at a certain time. I've found this useful for things like timeouts,
scheduling retries, cache expiry and so on. Not a lot to say, really, it
does what it says on the tin!
