[Haskell-cafe] heroku-buildpack-haste

Just to let you know that I created an heroku buildpack that install GHC
and Haste in the running environment, so that web applications can invoke
 ghc, cabal, hastec haste-inst etc.

I use it for the creation of an Haste IDE. But it may have other uses.
