Thank you for the answer! Should I interpret this as 2014.2.0.0 being
postponed? In that case 2013.4.0.0 is skipped altogether...or?

This means - *if* this is correct - that I am stuck with 2013.2.0.0 for
some time yet. Ah, well :)
