[Haskell-cafe] Segmentation fault/access violation when CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH not set correctly

Hehe, linking problems are a subtle critter indeed. I've actually a pretty
nontrivial linking challenges in some of my own princes currently so I can
sympathize.
