[Haskell-cafe] building ghc on arch linux ARM?

So is this possible now to have a desktop PC compile your program using
template haskell into llvm bytecode and then run it on ARM?
If not, is it definitely impossible (as I said, I don't know much about
llvm) or is it "yet to be done"?
