[Haskell-cafe] runhaskell CLI parameters

Hello,

     I have forgotten the runhaskell CLI parameters ... sigh. In particular
I want to a "local" build of a set of of package:

         runhaskell Setup.hs configure --user???

I just did a "runhaskell -?" which didn't tell me a lot!
