[Haskell-cafe] ANN : happs-tutorial 0.7

This is a known issue:

http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/1993

Try:

cabal install --ghc-options="-fregs-graph" Crypto

and then try installing happs-tutorial again.
