look into Win32 package sources, small example is:

#{enum LoadLibraryFlags,
 , lOAD_LIBRARY_AS_DATAFILE      = LOAD_LIBRARY_AS_DATAFILE
 , lOAD_WITH_ALTERED_SEARCH_PATH = LOAD_WITH_ALTERED_SEARCH_PATH
