[Haskell-cafe] Problem with haddock 2.3.0 (again)

I think this is a bug in Haddock related to template-haskell
declarations. It will hopefully be fixed soon, but I'm afraid it won't
part of the 2.3.0 version that will come with GHC 6.10.1.
