Phil and I are collaborating to improve Fram into a fully fledged literate programming tool like "noweb" written by Norman Ramsey. It was originally Ramsey who suggested to me that Fram may be interesting to the Haskell community wiki, so here we are.

What advantages does Fram have over noweb? I've noodled around a
little on the Literate Programs wiki ( http://en.literateprograms.org/
) which uses noweb for providing the source files, and it seemed to
work as it should.
