[Haskell-cafe] Data.ByteString.dropWhile

Hi All,

I notice that Data.ByteString has span and spanEnd. Is there a known
particular reason why dropWhile and takeWhile don't have corresponding
*End functions? If not, what is the protocol for adding them?
