here is my path:
c:/MinGW/bin;C:/MinGW/libexec/gcc/mingw32/3.4.2;C:\ghc\ghc-6.2.2\bin;C:\cygwin\usr\local\bin;c:\cygwin\usr\bin;C:\cygwin\bin;%PATH%
