I have a Haskell parser here:
http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/fp/darcs/catch/src/Haskell/ - originally from
GHC but modified slightly by the Hacle project to work in Hugs and be
Haskell 98 (I think).

I am also intending to write a Yhc.Parser library, but haven't got
round to that yet.
