If you'd all speak West-Flemish, the problem would solve itself :-)

We say Haskul -

Has(lle)ul(cer)

At least, that what I think the Oxford dictionary means with its  
pronounciation description.

Maybe we can claim it should be 'has kell', where kell is something  
cool, and no cornflakes.  It has kell.
