It's also available in Gentoo Linux, hard masked.

If you're not already familiar with the Gentoo Haskell overlay, use 
layman[1] to get the haskell overlay and unmask[2] the packages 
dev-lang/ghc and dev-haskell/cabal.

Then, simply:

  $ emerge ghc
