ghc trac wiki, rss feeds not activated?

ah, thanks! i was looking at 

    http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/RecentChanges

instead, which has no such link

the rss url itself suggests that this is simply another
output format for existing pages. but neither applying
it to other page urls, nor switching the parameter
'ticket' to 'off' does seem to work.

but anyway, this is probably good enough. one
could filter the xml to remove tickets from the feed,
but i doubt that is worth it.
