can you please include in win32 distro c++ compiler, as it was done
before and as it requested by trac ticket

to be exact, the following files are required for C++ compilation,
according to my experience:

libstdc++.la
libsupc++.la
libstdc++.a
libsupc++.a
cc1plus.exe

if it possible, please also issue 7zip-compressed version of 6.6.1 for
people with traffic limits
