module namespaces with "Prelude"

FYI - I've added a :settable toggle to Hugs which controls whether
or not to include the directory of the importing module, e.g.,

   :set -X

turns off the default of adding the directory.

I believe that captures the outcome of this e-mail firestorm; please
correct me if not.
