 The definition of `execvpe` in this package conflicts with the native QNX
 definition:
 http://www.qnx.com/developers/docs/6.3.2/neutrino/lib_ref/e/execvpe.html

 For now I have just put `#ifndef __QNXNTO__` around it in the header file
 and the c file.
