The docs at
http://www.haskell.org/ghc/docs/7.4.2/html/users_guide/special-ids.html
describe what e.g. the inline function does, but they don't describe how
to import the function. The docs could even be interpreted as suggesting
that you should import GHC.Prim. I suggest we either update those docs or
the ones in the GHC.Prim module to explains how to import these functions
(i.e. through GHC.Exts).
