 An even better example:

 {{{
 module Foo where

 import Language.Haskell.TH

 foo :: Q Exp
 foo = do
         x <- [| (>>=) |]
         return x

 foo2 :: Q Exp
 foo2 = [| (>>=) |]
 }}}

 Here, foo generates an absent arg, and foo2 is fine.  Craaaaazy.
