 Even though I have

 {{{
 HADDOCK_DOCS       = NO
 BUILD_DOCBOOK_HTML = NO
 }}}

 (lifted from {{{build.mk.example}}}) in {{{build.mk}}} (and nothing else),
 {{{./configure}}} still reports

 {{{
    Building DocBook HTML documentation : YES
 }}}

 and I still get the reported error from {{{make install}}}.
 This is with:

 {{{
  $ haddock --version
 Haddock version 2.6.1, (c) Simon Marlow 2006
 Ported to use the GHC API by David Waern 2006-2008
 }}}

 And {{{egrep 'install_utils|haddock_data' * */* .??* */.??*}}} doesn't
 find anything...
