Hello, all.

prep-bin-dist-mingw supports to bundle GHC Windows binary distribution
with cc1plus.exe, now.

But prep-bin-dist-mingw assumes that GHC is build by MinGQ version 3,
although MinGW's current version is 4 or 5 (I think this is candidate).
And MinGW 4 change's gcc_lib and gcc_libexec directory, so this cause
problem that cc1plus.exe doesn't include GHC binary.

I think this is a problem trac ticket [1024].

How about change prep-bin-dist-mingw's default enviroment up to date?
Attached are darcs patch for it.

This patch also avoid to remove include/mingw/c++/, because we want
to include cc1plus.exe and compile C++ files. But ... comment saids
"g++-3/ subdir causes problems with installer tool (+ being a troublesome
character); leave out for now.", so I just comment out it. If anyone
find this problem doesn't occur with c++/ or fix it, we can remove this
sentence completely.

And I think we can include cc1plus.exe into the Windows distribution,
we need not wait for new installer.

Sigbjorn Finne saids that I removed cc1plus.exe intentionaly.
