 I also had to edit ghc/Makefile and change the order of subdirs so that
 libs comes before compiler as Simon suggested in that thread.

 Here is the order I used:

 ifeq "$(BootingFromHc)" "YES"
 SUBDIRS = includes rts docs lib compiler utils driver
 else
