Comment:

 Regardless of milestone, I've confirmed that the latest Cabal library
 fixes this:

 https://github.com/haskell/cabal/pull/2439#issuecomment-82985223

 Closing the ticket, though Neil may still have problems with the Hoogle
 generated output.
