 Why was this moved to the 7.12 milestone? I would certainly consider
 breaking Hoogle generation a blocker for the release: it's a major
 regression in a commonly used feature. I'm trying to confirm the fix for
 this now, but I'd be more comfortable if this was moved back to the 7.10
 milestone.
