 This Cabal issue was fixed in
 [https://github.com/haskell/cabal/commit/25f7f9a1389686e3d5083ab36fa90f59ccaa2652
 25f7f9a]. 7.10.1-rc2 predates this patch, but this will need to be in the
 final 7.10.1 release.
