 @jpmasseria: I edited comment 17 to add the "--no-dph" switch to sync-all.
 I actually did it that way, just forgot to post the right instructions
 here, sorry!

 I didn't use the official raspbian-toolchain, because I'm running
 archlinux on the pi and many libraries have different versions there. So I
 build a toolchain using crosstool-ng following these instructions
 http://www.kitware.com/blog/home/post/426.
