 Glad it's working. I took the opportunity to clean up
 Building/GettingTheSources a bit and investigate why `-with-gcc` is needed
 (https://phabricator.haskell.org/D204).

 I encountered this error too when messing around with this stuff. I didn't
 really investigate what caused it, it seemed to be due to configure
 detecting the wrong C compiler possibly. I "resolved" it by removing
 `libraries/dph` since it isn't needed anyways and slows down the build.
