5 more days of voting, still waiting for the ballot from Moritz and
Chris.

So far, we have DerivingStrategies, DisambiguateRecordFields, GADTs
with MonoLocalBinds and LambdaCase are definitely in, and TypeData and
BlockArguments are definitely out.
