Not sure how useful that format is, but I have learned a few things
about some extension that I didn’t know before already (in particular
that NegativeLiterals is far less harmless than it sounds. I removed my
vote and it is no longer only barely out.)

But maybe SPJ’s google doc is better suited to shape the discussion?
