No vote from Ben, but I think we can go ahead with AB, which is already
ready to be merged at
https://github.com/ghc-proposals/ghc-proposals/pull/225

Everybody who enjoys copy editing and improving phrasing is invited to
refine that text (just commit directly to the branch) or discuss minor
tweaks there. I’ll merge it in a few days.
