Rewriting plugins: request for feedback

Hi everyone,

I've uploaded the new type-checking plugin API to Hackage:
https://hackage.haskell.org/package/ghc-tcplugin-api.

Let me know how you get on. It should be much easier to iterate on the
design and add new functionality, now that the API isn't tied to GHC.
