Service outage

Hello all,

DreamHost, which hosts our GitLab artifact and log storage, is currently
having some network trouble. Artifact and CI log download will be
unavailable until this is resolved. I have engaged with DreamHost to try
to expedite resolution of the issue but have no yet heard back.
