Thanks!  I can build it successfully on Fedora Rawhide.

However s390x fails as reported in
<https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/issues/16973>.
Also llvm7.0 is no longer detected on Fedora but I have patched around
that for now
(see https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/issues/16990).
