Trac maintenance

Hello everyone,

It has been brought to my attention that Trac has been exhibiting some
odd behavior (in particular giving a strange error in place of a proper
404 message). If there's no objection I'll bring down Trac for a few
minutes in about an hour in order to debug the issue.
