For point releases, if we do it right, this *should* not happen, since the 
changes *should* be backwards-compatible and so testing against the oldest 
release on the current major version *should* mean all subsequent point 
releases work as well.  IMHO, any violation of this assumption *should* be 
considered a (serious) bug.
