ANNOUNCE: GHC 7.10.2 Release Candidate 1

Right on the heels of Austin's 7.10.2 RC1 announcement we have...

*Haskell Platform 7.10.2 RC1 as well!* This is the same release of GHC
7.10.2 plus a 35+ common packages and tools for Haskell, pre-built and
easily installable:

Generic linux is built on a clean debian wheezy (7) system and has been
tested on Ubuntu 12.02, CentOS 7, Fedora 20, and openSUSE 13.1. It should
work on those and later versions of same distros, as well as similar modern
distros. Note that you may need zlib-dev, ncurses-dev, and gmp-dev
packaages (or equivalent on your distro).  It now unpacks as an install
script and inner-tarball for ease of installation.

Notably, includes latest attoparsec with security fixes that were long
missing from HP, newest QuickCheck (pulling in tf-random as well), and very
up to date OpenGL packages.
