Fyi, Trac by default has no tags, and the TitleIndex macro can be used
to insert a list of wiki pages matching certain criterias:

  http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/WikiMacros#TitleIndex-macro

However, there's a plugin to teach 'tags' to Trac:
