Keeping the "Newcomers" wiki page alive

No need for a new field, simply use a keyword and it will show up on a
query like

https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/query?status=infoneeded&status=merge&status=new&status=patch&status=upstream&keywords=~newcomer&order=priority

which can also be turned into a table on a wiki page easyil.


So technically, nothing new is required. All we are doing is
bikeshedding and waiting for someone to plough ahead :-)
