GHC 7.10 plans

Hello all,

Let me redirect you to the following page, which lists out some of the
plans for 7.10:

The listing here is mostly based on what we had all put down during
the May status reports. If you have something planned, please mention
it with a paragraph on the page if you don't mind.

Given the last release schedule, we'd like an RC by Christmas, and a
release close to Feburary 2015. This will give the 7.10 branch a full
year of changes.
