GHC for iOS (arm) 7.8 Preview Build ready for upload

OK, it's up here now:
https://github.com/ghc-ios/ghc-ios-scripts/releases/tag/7.8RC1Preview1

You'll need the scripts from
https://github.com/ghc-ios/ghc-ios-scripts
in your path along with LLVM 3.0 (it's the only version that works so far).
