GHC for iOS (arm) 7.8 Preview Build ready for upload

Hi folks!

I've just finished a preview build of GHC for iOS off the 7.8 branch, but
could use a place to upload it.

And once that's done, if anyone would like to help me test it that has
Xcode 5 and a device, that would be excellent!
