Building GHC head with clang on Mavericks

I have one concern.

The version of alex on Hackage is 3.1.2. But that of github is
3.1.1:

# This inconsistency exists in happy, too.

Did SimonM forget to push his local changes?

Should I send pull requests on github, anyway?
