Comment:

 Additional ideas for metrics:

 * % of exported definitions with haddock comments (should be 100%)
 * Bonus points for being -Wall safe, unless specific warnings have been
 deliberately excluded (shows they care and think about warnings)

 I would say haddockness is more important than coverage, and coverage is
 more important than -Wall.
