[C2hs] patch applied (c2hs): Allow any number of .h files to be passed on the command line

  * Allow any number of .h files to be passed on the command line
  They'll all be added to the generated .chs.h file.
  This will allow cabal to pass all the .h files listed in the .cabal file.
