[C2hs] ANN: C->Haskell 0.12.0 "Springtime"

C->Haskell 0.12.0 "Springtime" is a source release that
works with GHC 6.3, builds on Mac OS X, and contains Jens
Petersen's new rpm spec file.  The Mac OS X port has been
contributed by Sean Seefried.  The tar ball is available
from the c2hs web site
