[Haskell-beginners] gtk2hs [GIMP ToolKit]

Hi Patrick,
pkg-config.exe should be in C:\Program Files\Gtk+\bin - so make sure you
have it in your path. It's version should be 0.23, but you can check with
pkg-config --version
